Important Notice
All registration fees for Perception 2025 are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE under any circumstances.
1. Policy Overview
This Refunds & Cancellation Policy applies to all registrations for Perception 2025, organized by the Perception 2025 Organizing Committee at Odisha University of Technology and Research (OUTR), Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
By completing your registration and payment, you acknowledge and accept that all fees are final and non-refundable.
2. No Refund Policy
2.1 General Policy
- All registration fees are 100% non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation
- This policy applies from the moment payment is processed
- No exceptions will be made for personal emergencies, schedule conflicts, or any other circumstances
2.2 Non-Transferable Registration
- Registrations cannot be transferred to another person
- Registrations cannot be transferred to future events
- Name changes on registrations are not permitted
3. Event Cancellation by Organizers
3.1 Complete Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event that Perception 2025 is completely cancelled by the Organizing Committee, participants will be eligible for a full refund of their registration fees.
3.2 Partial Event Modifications
- Changes to event schedule, venue, or format do not qualify for refunds
- Cancellation of specific activities or competitions does not qualify for refunds
- Substitution of speakers, judges, or guests does not qualify for refunds
3.3 Force Majeure Events
If the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the Organizing Committee's control (natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, etc.), the refund policy will be determined on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Organizing Committee.
4. Payment Processing
4.1 Payment Confirmation
- All payments are processed immediately upon completion
- Payment confirmation will be sent via email
- Technical payment failures do not constitute completed registration
4.2 Duplicate Payments
In case of accidental duplicate payments for the same registration, only the duplicate amount will be refunded after verification. The original registration fee remains non-refundable.
5. Participant Responsibilities
- Carefully review all event details before completing registration
- Ensure availability for the complete event duration before registering
- Verify all personal information during registration
- Understand and accept the no-refund policy before payment
- Keep payment confirmation and registration details safe
6. Refund Processing (If Applicable)
In the rare circumstances where refunds are authorized by the Organizing Committee:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 7-14 business days
- Any transaction fees or processing charges are non-refundable
- Refund amounts may be subject to applicable taxes and fees
