Welcome to Perception 2025. By registering for and participating in this event, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Event Information

Event Name: Perception 2025

Venue: Odisha University of Technology and Research (OUTR), Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Organizing Committee: Perception 2025 Organizing Committee (Independent organizing body)

Please note that while the event is held at Odisha University of Technology and Research premises, the Organizing Committee operates independently and the university is not responsible for event operations, decisions, or policies.

2. Registration and Participation

2.1 Eligibility

  • Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Registration is subject to availability and acceptance by the Organizing Committee
  • The Organizing Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any registration without providing reasons

2.2 Registration Fees

  • All registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration
  • Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances
  • Payment must be completed through the designated payment gateway on our website

2.3 Participant Obligations

  • Participants must adhere to all event rules, schedules, and guidelines
  • Participants are expected to maintain appropriate conduct throughout the event
  • Any misconduct may result in immediate disqualification without refund

3. Event Modifications

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to:

  • Modify event schedules, venues, or activities without prior notice
  • Cancel, postpone, or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Make changes to event format, competitions, or programs as deemed necessary
  • Substitute speakers, judges, or guests without prior notification

4. Liability and Disclaimer

4.1 Event Participation

  • Participation in Perception 2025 is entirely at the participant's own risk
  • The Organizing Committee shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the event

4.2 Force Majeure

The Organizing Committee is not responsible for event cancellation or modification due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, civil unrest, or technical failures

4.3 University Disclaimer

Odisha University of Technology and Research is solely providing the venue and is not responsible for any decisions, policies, or operations related to Perception 2025

5. Intellectual Property and Media Rights

5.1 Event Content

  • All event materials, logos, and content are the property of the Organizing Committee
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited

5.2 Photography and Recording

  • By participating, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the event
  • The Organizing Committee may use such media for promotional purposes without compensation to participants

6. Code of Conduct

Participants must:

  • Respect fellow participants, organizers, volunteers, and venue staff
  • Follow all safety protocols and venue regulations
  • Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Violation of the code of conduct may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

7. Final Authority

All decisions made by the Perception 2025 Organizing Committee are final and binding. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Registration acceptance or rejection
  • Event rules and regulations
  • Competition judging and results
  • Disciplinary actions
  • Event modifications or cancellations
  • Refund determinations (as per refund policy)

No appeals, disputes, or challenges will be entertained once a decision has been made by the Organizing Committee.

8. Communication

  • Official communication will be sent via email or through the registered contact information
  • Participants are responsible for regularly checking their email and event updates
  • The Organizing Committee is not responsible for missed communications due to incorrect contact information

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By completing registration and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not register for the event.
